Get Out of Your Mind
I couldn't help it... I really couldn't... (about so many things but I've decided not to discuss HER in this blog so you have to make do with Neurocam)
So, if you look a few articles back I mention Neurocam as it interested me because it broke down the barriers of the internet and reality in a way few others have done (other than the hardcore pornographic industry but this isn't that kind of blog - unless you need a photographer in which case the e-mail address is firefox1297@msn.com).
So, to continue, I read all the articles, hummed to myself in front of the computer and had a wee looksee at their website and read a few forums and...
Well, basically, I signed up. I realised I couldn't understand it unless I joined it.
You're wondering what this is doing on here aren't you?
Well, yes this is nothing to do with Scottish Politics or my photography but I couldn't resist.
To join you have to submit a three-hundred-word reason why you're right for Neurocam with some details (see the recruitment page on their website) and a picture. I chose a picture I took of the inside of Glasgow Cathedral looking all shadowy and melodramatic. I Paint Shop Pro'd it to weird out the colours.
I won't post the thing I wrote, though I'll post the picture. I think the original is better, but I like my amended version because it suits my personality more, you know?
Glasgow Cathedral is an amazing place to photograph, and to be honest I've yet to delve into it's history, but purely as a venue for photography, it's an excellent training course I'd recommend. You'll notice that the stained glass windows haven't come out. This is a basic exposure mistake.
I was even using a decent camera, a Canon T90. It's unforgiveable. It has so many exposure options, and I know this stuff, so I should've gotten all my shadows and light and retained the light pouring effortlessly through the stained glass.
I still like the photo though. You're bored now aren't you?
So I'll continue. Neurocam after a couple of weeks wait have e-mailed me back with a response, which I'll post here.
Dear Applicant Kenny Sheerin,
Thank you for your interest in Neurocam International.
Your application has been forwarded to a designated officer within the
Human Resources Security Division so that our organization can further
evaluate your suitability for recruitment.
In the interest of facilitating an expedient assessment, the Human
Resources Security Division is currently implementing a series of
background checks. We apologize in advance for the potentially intrusive
nature of these checks and assure you that Neurocam International only
undertakes this course of action in the interest of protecting our
propriety operational procedures. Any information gathered from this
historical evaluation will be treated as strictly confidential.
If your application passes successfully through this stage of the
application process, you will be contacted again soon.
An unsuccessful application will result in the cessation of all further
correspondence between Neurocam and yourself.
Neurocam appreciates that, in 83.6% of instances, new applicants
experience a desire to enquire about many issues which may further
enlighten them as to the true nature of Neurocam. Due to the need to
maintain a high level of operational security Neurocam is unable to
provide much of the information desired by entry level participants.
We can, however, inform you of the following - Neurocam is a process which
you are already part of.
Having said this, if you do have any questions, please feel free to
contact me directly. I, or one of our Enquiries Officers, will endeavor to
answer as many of your enquiries as Neurocam's Organizational Security
Guidelines allow.
Thank you once again for expressing interest in Neurocam. I hope that
your application will be successful and that I will soon have the pleasure
of working with you.
Warm regards,
Frances Hatch
Inductions Officer
Human Resources & Security Division

Interestingly (at least to me) is that Neurocam is allegedly a product of the mind of an artist called Robin Hely from Australia. He hasn't admitted anything, and in terms of other things neither have I, so therefore who I am to argue, and merely participate in whatever unfolds.
I'll update you when and if I get a reply.
If I get told to eff off I'll have to find some nice person to tell me what happens. Lets hope it doesn't get down to that, eh?
I should point out that if any of you need to contact me for any reason, you're better off e-mailing me at firefox1297@msn.com (which is my online address, I give out my personal address after I've had a predetermined level of correspondence from people).

I wonder if you are Operative Bunny? I dunno. just a hunch I guess.
Have you seen the new video on the site?
Tragically not. Was far less memorable unfortunately (except for the odd Chris Titan here and there).
Is Chris still camming?
